4th Week Meeting Summary ( 27th June– 2nd of July)
We did R analysis of screening experiment results and discuss the 3D plot with supervisor on Monday, and base on the mean value and 3D response of screening experiment, the two main factors (cow's yoghurt percent and kiwi percent) which result in the significant effect were chosen to do the optimisation experiment. And then, according to the response, we set three levels of each factor (cow's percent L=7.2, M=14.7,H=22.2, and kiwi percent L=8, M=10, H=12) to do the optimisation experiment. On Tuesday, we set the Compusense five with nine samples, and prepare the experiment materials, and then we conducted the preference test with 54 untrained assessors as the optimisation experiment on Wednesday. After the experiment, we analyse the results with two-way ANOVA and got the 3D plot with 3K response surface analysis, and discuss the results with supervisor on Friday. After the discussion, we separate the writing part for each member to write the report.
